Regional Sales Manager - Sanitaryware

Our client is is a Manufacturer and distributor of Sink Systems, Flush Solutions for Toilets & Tanks, Faucets, etc. They are looking for Regional sales Manager to be based at Dubai.

Position Specifications:

Regional Sales Manager will grow the company's Middle East market. The RSM will plan, administer, prospect, control & organize a strategy to meet & exceed profitable sales & earnings objectives.

Direct on-going market analysis by obtaining intelligence through multiple sources such as sales team, customers and trade focus.

Develop & implement regional strategies to support annual and long range plan objectives. Translate corporate objectives into regional and territory sales plans. Recognize trends, create strategies and develop regional vision to increase sales and obtain market share.

Lead the regional sales reps by building credibility within the organization as well as with outside stakeholders. Drive accountability for plans & actions that build the company's brand and representatives and key players within the selling region.

Proactively provide feedback & recommendations to marketing, distribution & engineering. Actively collaborate with these functions to ensure coordination with strategic regional selling plans.

Achieve annual revenue & margin plans. Create & manage budgets (expense, co-op & promotions) to annual plan.

Establish & maintain top level contact with management of existing & potential customers, dealers and/or distributors.

Measure & monitor effectiveness of all programs implemented and managed for all channels. This includes pricing, distributor/dealer programs, product introductions, & management of channel conflict.

We are looking for candidates with plumbing/building products experience, and dealing with architects, contractors, & developers.
