Regional Sales Manager - Retail - South (10-15 yrs)

Reporting to - Zonal Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

- Accountable for delivering target & ensure profitability of the outlet/ region/ designated region.

- Work closely with the Distributors/ Sales Force to identify the right person & location for opening EBO

- Manages stock procedures (receiving, transferring, updates and maintains stock records, replenishment, and stock take).

Role, & Responsibilities:

EBO Launch & Management :

- Work closely with the Distributors/ Sales Force to identify the right person & location for opening Outlet.

- Accountable for delivering target & ensure profitability of the outlet/ region/ designated region.

- Work closely with Marketing team to finalize the product offering & Supply team for inventory

- Ensure adherence to SOPs of the outlet.

- Take charge of the training of the shop-floor staff (in alignment with the Trainer)

- Implements monthly sales management plans to achieve sales target.

- Manages stock procedures (receiving, transferring, updates and maintains stock records, replenishment, and stock take).

- Ensures high quality VM presentation & zoning in accordance with brand standards

Customer Engagement & Experience:

- Strategically seeding the brand as a new choice and way to shop kitchen solutions in the region

- Closely work with Marketing to ensure high brand recall within the region

- Maintain awareness of the market trends & keep a track of new customer initiatives by competition

People Management:

- Communicate effectively with outlet owners and keep them motivated.

- Ensure adequate manning in the outlet.

- Create the training calendar in collaboration with Trainer.

- Ensure follow-through of the calendar to train team on delivery of uniform customer experience

Experience & Preferred Skills:

- 7-10 Years of relevant Experience Good Planning & Execution Skills

- Self driven and result oriented

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Strong market intelligence & industry network

- Ability to work in cross functional teams with tight deadlines
