Regional Sales Manager - Retail Liabilities - Small Finance Bank (8-18 yrs)
Opportunity for Regional Sales Manager - Retail Liabilities with a Small Finance Bank.
Based Location is Mumbai & candidate will be taking care of Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur & Aurangabad.
Approximately handling the team of 250-300 people
Total Existing branches is 30
Grade: DVP 2 OR VP1 (Depends on the current grade & total no. of exp)
Reporting to : National Head - EVP - Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently handling the entire Region branches Sales for Retail Liability
- Recruiting Territory Sales Manager, Branch Sales Managers, and Sales Executive & Tele calling staff.
- Coordinating with operation team.
- Focusing on the value based accounts as well as quantity also.
- A region should be profit-making Centre.
