A Consulting firm in Bangalore has been contracted for its India activities. About the role: - Regional level role with the potential to grow to a National Level role - Reporting to US and Director in India - Involves travelling - It will oversee BTL Marketing and After Sales and online sales Key Responsibilities: - Position will primarily take care of Modern Trade and some bit of General Trade - Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region - Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals - Assisting sales personnel in their techniques - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term - Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings - Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements Skill Requirements: - Ideal candidate should have handled all forms of sales. - Should have understanding of all forms of sales but Modern Trade experience is mandatory - Should have handled a region / multiple states - Should be from premium fan companies - Ideal candidate should have worked in the field also - Should have good communication and Organization skills - Education BE and MBA strongly preferred - Experience required is between 5-7 years
