Job Description :

- Achieve the monthly sales target, sales volume and targeted coverage

- Sales, Distributor Management, Man management

- Communicate with Distributors and maintain correspondence

- Develop sales team that will deliver both depth and width in the market.

- Building and managing a distribution network that will be effective force multiplier

- Creating consumer interest by innovative grass root level promotions

- Implement industry best practices

- Prepare Sales reports
