Regional Sales Manager - Pipes & Fitting Manuafcturing

Job Description :

1. Candidate should be from Pipes & Fittings manufacturing industry preferably.

2. Candidate is responsible for Sales operations, handling dealers, distributors etc.,

3. Conduct market research to identify prospective distributors / dealers and evaluate customer needs.

4. Should be able to handle the team of entire Tamilnadu state.

5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.

6. Conducting plumber meets regularly and organize sales visits.

7. Prepare, demonstrate and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

8. Establishing new business.

9. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

10. Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

11. Negotiate / /close deals and handle complaints or objections

12. Meet monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics and responsible for team targets also.

13. Candidate should aware of the competitors activities / schemes prevailing in the market.
