- This role will be responsible for managing the trade channel business and wholesale business of East region ( West Bengal, North East, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand) and Affiliate market Bangladesh.
- Managing and coaching team of Area Managers wholesale thorough retail channel management, effective wholesale management, distribution management to deliver assign business goals.
- Making successful implementation of marketing campaign through team.
- Tracking and following up with team and interview for new recruits in the org.
- Planning and delivering business result in assigned area.
