Regional Sales Manager - Paint - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI/SIBM (10-14 yrs)
Job Role :
- Deliver top-line volume and value for given area.
- Develop sales infrastructure and implement best practices of distribution.
- Plan and implement channel and marketing activities based on an understanding of competitor product portfolio, market trend, and trade and customer segment
- Build and manage professional relationships with Major accounts
- Effectively lead a team of Managers and other members to function effectively towards a common goal.
- Reporting directly to Zonal Head
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA From Premier B-Schools only apply
- Should have a strong Local Market working experience
