Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire Sales & Operations in Delhi/ Karnataka by heading the Team of Sales:
- To grow Business volumes (Primary & Secondary Sales) & grow market share for the entire range of products in the assigned Region.
- To increase business through effective channel management.
- To grow business through channel expansion.
- To implement Brand promotional (BTL) activities & schemes effectively.
- To continuously monitor competitor activities and identifying suitable strategies to protect and grow market share
- Strictly adhere to the company policies.
