Regional Sales Head - MNC Building Material Major :-
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division.
- Managing the business in the division through team of 30 - 40 people.
- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self, ASM.
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of BM & ASMs.
- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the division.
- Gather information on competitors- activities in the region and act upon it for Cos benefit.
- Ensure outstanding overdue as per norms.
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
- Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
- To drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time .
- To enhance the productivity of the team.
- To increase the overall reach in all teams
Candidate Requirement :-
From South Zone market working experience only apply
From any building Material Industry only preferred
- MBA is Mandatory
- Able to manage a business value of - 150 crores p.a
