As discussed, We per having an urgent opening in Regional Sales Manager - South (General Trade) OTC Portfolio For A Reputed Pharma MNC For Bangalore Location.

Base Job Location : Bangalore, Taking Care Of Entire South India

Reporting To : National Sales Head

As a RSM will responsible for Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Product Management FOR ENTIRE SOUTH region.

Will be Responsible for Top and bottom-line Sales and Business developments, driving for all round growth of the organization. Responsible Network expansion, appointment of new Sales and installation partners, managing existing partners, mentoring activities and ensuring their Sales targets. Implementing strategies aimed at ensuring successful management of operations is also an key aspect of the job role.

Key Deliverable :

- Should have Knowledge of South India periphery (Atleast handling Multiple states)

- Reporting Structure : On Rolls of company - (ASM+ ABM + TBM)

- Business Volume : Should be handling 50cr to 100cr business in current portfolio

Functional Competencies :

Team Management :

- Develop a team and create shared commitments within the team to ensure the achievement of common objective & focused products

- Counsel & motivate the team to ensure the attainment of given objectives.

- Regularly review the performance of the individual team members, recognise their contribution, and suggest if any improvement required in the performance by guiding, counselling and initiating prompt action.

Distribution and Channel Management :

- Plan dimensioning, appointment and direction to End-to-End (E2E) responsible channel partners for all product lines.

- Ensure that Numeric and Weighted distribution is implemented in the territory to achieve the planned gains.

- Counsel and guide the channel partners to achieve the business goals and their profitability.

Marketing and Promotions :

- Monitor and improve the area of merchandising, POP and visibility of the brand.

- Conduct promotional activities and channel specific sales campaigns.

- Top Line Value & Volume Delivery Competitive

- TOT/Agreement Sign off

- Synchronize BTL In-Line with Mktg

- ATL Plans New Market & Assortment Expansion

- Identifying sources of growth & scaling up

- Think Strategic, deliver short term P & L Management

- Ensure Competitive Market Share

- NPD Launch & Distribution build up Category

- Building Initiative Market & Customer segmentation

- Rationalization of businesses Training module for sales team

Candidate Profile :

- Lead, Motivate, Guide & Mentor Team members to drive organization's Sales Targets, conduct Monthly Review Meetings to understand the progress, plan & mitigate prevailing issues

- Go Getter, Target Oriented & Excellent Communication Skills and good Interpersonal Skills

- Applicant must have 12+ Years of Experience & Team Handling Experience, Post Graduate Degree Preferred

- Preparing master action plan and identifying critical focus areas for immediate action through monthly progress report.

- Formulate strategy for advertising and preparing budgets for the same

- Strengthening dealers / retailers network, making close co-ordination with entire project customers and timely submission of Govt. Tenders

- Planning and monitoring sales and collection in co-ordination with sales team for achieving targets.

- Generating sales by creating base demand among primary and secondary customers

- Organizing various promotional activities like influencers meet, consumer meet and other brand awareness activities

- Ensure execution of the prescribed systems and controls for sales and distribution

- Remuneration will be best in the industry.
