Job Description :
- As the first person in the Sales team, you will be setting up the platform for a high growth "Industry first" business model.
Our client is an Agri-tech firm with marquee investors. Agri-tech in India is a growing industry with a several firms stepping into transforming the way agriculture is done in India.
Our client focuses on solving one such issue, which will enable growth of animal husbandry.
- Will be responsible for creating business opportunities in North India (HR, RJ, UP)
- Develop and track sales projections, can manage region-wise P&Ls
- Liaisoning between Operations, Sales and Marketing
- Setup and scale sales team (including field sales team)
- Set up process for seller identification, onboarding, account management and sales fulfillment
You will have experience of 3-5 years working on organisation which are C2C or P2P model. You must have experience in working with Tier-2/ Tier-3/ Rural markets. You should come with a proven track record of growing sales teams and delivering results.
Besides a good compensation, you will have an opportunity to scale a Pan-India sales team in a novel industry.
