Regional Sales Manager - Multiple Location


- Opportunity with a leading NBFC.

- Build a strong distribution network for achieving greater market reach and penetration.

- Managing team of CSM and responsible for managing the overall productivity for the team.

- Achieve limit creation targets on a week on week basis.

- Drive execution of sales plans through direct team and Channel/business partners.

- Strategize distribution and customer mix to achieve business volumes with controlled cost of acquisition.

- Work closely with operations and credit to execute the overall customer acquisition plan.

- Achieve Limit creation target through direct/indirect sales.

- Build a strong distribution network for achieving assigned targets.

- Managing relationship with channel/business partners.

- Ensure the files are processed from login stage to limit creation and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
