Regional Sales Manager - Mortgage

Key Responsibilities -

- To generate Home loans business through Distribution (Unique DST model of D2C) for Rajasthan.

- Actively motivate DST team to achieve their daily targets.

- To develop controls over processes for smooth TATs in all functions.

- To develop & timely review sales team on monthly targets with data penetration.

- To effectively resolve location PDD & minimize OTC.

- Maintenance of MIS relating to performance of each individual of the team and timely upward and downward feedback.

- To work for betterment of customer satisfaction.
