Our client is a CSR arm of one of the largest steel companies in the country. They are involved in the rehabilitation and development of an endangered tribe in Jharkhand and other tribal and underprivileged communities across the country, enhancing their livelihood and improving their education and health system. The organisation has seen significant progress through its camps and programs targeting health, education, residential development and socio-economic improvement since its inception in 2009.

With a spend of over a crore rupees each year, the organization is formulating plans and strategies to reach various groups with unique needs and fulfilling them on multiple levels like individual, family, community and society at large. The founding team has done diverse philanthropic work personally and through the CSR initiatives over many years and added senior business and education forerunners to lead the team.

As a Regional Media Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling physical on-ground BTL activations and big-ticket events to senior-level corporate leaders, brand heads, marketing heads, media buying agencies, senior-level advertising and marketing executives, and others. This is a regional-level mid-level leadership position. You will be solely responsible to meet the event advertising and sponsorship targets.

What you will do:

- Selling and generating revenue through sponsorships for digital/online activation events

- Meeting sales targets in terms of advertising and sponsorship amounts raised as per planned business objectives and revenue targets

- Utilising existing relationships with the decision-makers and building new relationships

- Event sales management administration and reporting on a daily basis through established MIS

- Coordinating with other team members across different domains in the organization

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you must have:

- Strong network base among media buying agencies, brand heads, and business owners across India

- Proven track records in media, activation, and event sales with excellent contacts with advertising/media/creative agencies and brand heads/brand managers across various industry domains pan India

- Good relationships with the decision-makers in companies and agencies which could be leveraged to generate sales and win-win opportunities for the sponsors and the Foundation

- Experience in event sales management will be given preference

- Understanding brands and overall marketing

- Skills in sales administration and reporting

- Skills in using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM

- Immediate availability
