Regional Sales Manager - Logistics (14-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Development of sales strategies, defining target segments, values and propositions
2. Establish operations that deliver industry leading service standards that facilitate market leadership in target sectors
3. Provide the region operation's team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, and revenue enhancement, human resources, standardizing procedures, systems applications, and executing processes to meet customer needs
4. Develop personal relationships with key strategic clients to ensure business retention and growth and to act as a focal point for client escalations if necessary
5. To deliver the Revenue growth in line with the Budget
6. To ensure the operation excellence is achieved on the daily activity and provides seamless service
7. Improving on the processes which leads to reduction and saving in cost and increasing the revenues
8. Implementing KPIs for monitoring productivity focus on employee engagement and motivation
9. Responsible for P&L of the region
Candidate Profile :
1. Years of experience : 14 - 20 yrs
2. Candidate should have strong sales experience particularly in on-boarding new accounts
3. Must be from the logistics sector with exposure to ocean and air freight
4. Should have sales experience in handling the South zone
