Job Description :
- Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Decide and implement region-specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
- Creating a strong & compliant sales culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development.
- Manage the performance and operations of the liability branches in the Zone.
- Will be responsible handling team of ASM/BSM in the Liability Segment.
- Products : CASA, Term Deposits & Investment product.
- Will be responsible for P&L of the entire Liability portfolio
- Recruit, train and manage performance of team
- Ensure compliance with banking rules, regulations & procedures.
- Developing strategies and business plans for further growth of Liability division.
- To provide inputs and creative solutions to maximize opportunity, effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
