Regional Sales Manager - LAP - BFSI

Will be responsible for LAP Sales for UP and Uttrakhand.

Reporting into the ZSM

- Will have a Team of ASMs.

- Will be Responsible to build distribution by way of empanelling DSAs

- Manage and Build on the existing DSA Network

- Have to work on the Productivity of the Team

- Train and mentor the team and support on LAP sourcing.

- Responsible for achieving the Disbursal & Insurance targets for the region

- Interacting with the internal team of Credit and Operations for smooth processing of files.

- Responsible for building a quality portfolio.
