Job opening for RSM- Laminate/Paint/Wood coating/Wood finish for West
To deliver the Value and Volume targets for the region and lead the team to ensure market share objectives of the organisation with focus on distribution health and strong demand generation model.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of topline for Primary, Secondary & Tertiary sales in the region
- Managing distribution network for multiple states through the team of BMs/ASMs/TEs/SSTE/Associates
- Formulating, Planning and Executing sell-out activities and other marketing programs
- Driving the right product mix and assortment leading to overall margin gains
- Driving a performance driven culture in the team
- Hiring, developing & retaining the team through structured processes, regular feedbacks and leading by example
- Driving key account management for distributors/ key dealers / key contractors
- Strengthening Forecast Accuracy and Inventory Management
- Ensuring 100% implementation of sales process initiatives and incentive earnings of team Accountability
- Increase Market Share
- Drive Region Profitability
Skills Required :
- 10 - 12 years of professional experience in Sales leadership roles in high quality work environments
- Relevant experience in Consumer facing Organizations
- Wooden Polishing Companies
- Stakeholder management, ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Navigate through ambiguous situations and lead teams in challenging environments
- Ability to build a connect with contractors, influencers to get deep insights
- Passionate about sales and ability to drive things in line with the business agenda of exponential growth
- Self-driven, with high levels of energy and empathy to lead a strong team
