Regional Sales Manager
Role purpose: To drive sales and manage the distribution network through an extended team to meet revenue, volume, share and growth objectives.
Sales
- Direct Sales to Small/Medium/Large Enterprise.
- Provide direction to the sales team in alignment with strategy.
- Manage all the sales reporting to include sales productivity, budgets, forecasts, and other relevant KPIs tracking sales performance.
- Responsible for working with marketing team to drive regional promotional initiatives including - Telemarketing, Digital Marketing (social media, PPC Campaigns), Events, etc. that support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- Manage and drive weekly management sales reviews and forecasting.
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility

- Partner team management
