Regional Sales Manager - IT (5-10 yrs)

Role:

For this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work for our growing and fast pace professional services division (products and services), focusing on the sales of our Services and SaaS products. We are strongly engaged in expanding our team with staff of the highest caliber.

We are looking for a like-minded, talented and motivated individual to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will need to be able to understand potential customers- needs and explain how our offering will realistically overcome their difficulties. The success of this role will directly drive company revenue, new growth and is essential for our continued position in the market. Full product, services and sales training will be provided to the successful candidate. It is competitive salary and performance-based commission.

Responsibilities:

- Excellent pipeline management and new business development

- Generate interest, Create Need and Nurture Demand for our SaaS products and services.

- Identify key regions and clients most frequent problems, by doing in-depth from research, networking and prospecting

- Leading negotiations from Pre-Sales (Lead Generation and Cold-Calling) to Closing Sale

- Understand complex user data and expose those to clients

- Driving virtual and in-person demos of our SaaS tool to Senior and C-level clients

- Overcome bureaucratic work and obstacles to achieve successful sale

- Keep on top of regional market canvas.

- Travel required to visit clients in allocated territory, and, to attend conferences as Exhibitor

- Motivate and support customers to create, maintain and increase revenues for the unit

- Deliver sales reports on regular basis; work under pressure, achieve KPIs and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Should have experience in selling SaaS or Software solutions in the Higher Education industry

- Excellent pipeline management and new business development

- Effective Communicator and Negotiator

- Experience on complete range of sales cycle

- Strong team-work and cooperative attitude

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role and overall 8+ years of sales experience.
