Regional Sales Manager - Internet (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Managing and leading a team of 15+ Inside Sales team for new client acquisition
- Develop new strategies to expand business operations and grow customer base to increase monthly gross value
- Responsible for the sale of a listing services in a specified region or geographical area and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team
- Propose Region wise sales plans, budget and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Coach Tele sales team to achieve business targets
- Handle the end to end sales process starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Analyze the Region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role from internet companies
- Candidate preferred from B2B sales, however good B2C sales are also considered
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance Tele sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed
