Regional Sales Manager - Interior Design

Role Purpose:

- Formulate Strategy and Execute it for Bangalore region in line with Business Goals.

- Build and improve relationships with Developers, Architects and Interior Designers with a view to grow business.

- Drive the retail and project business.

- Interact with customers and understand their design requirements.

- Need to visit the client's site, give proposal of design, quotation and presentations.

- Discuss and formulate quotations, Monitor pre-sales and post sales follow up.

- Achieve the set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating the entire team

- Interact and coordinate with the site co-coordinator to ensure installations.

- Build a Team and own the P and L.
