Regional Sales Manager - Industrial/Mfg (10-15 yrs)
Incumbent will be responsible for development of Retail, Institutional & Industrial Lubricant sales in Southern Region.
Incumbent will mainly focus on current distribution network by better channel management and expansion to increase reach and penetration.
The candidate will also develop sales of OEM products.
Should be good in communication, able to motivate field staff and strong leadership skills.
He will interact with existing distributors and CNF / depots in his region to boost company's sales.
