- Analysis of the region
- Achievement on Regional PA
- Control of key accounts of his/her region
- Lead the ASMs / Sales Executives in the region
- Management of Sales forces (call methods, training, productivity, IT Tools)
- Responsible for meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region
- Manage relationships with super stockists and distributors of the region
- Drive business development activities of the region
- Conduct BTL marketing activities of the region
Salary range: 8 - 13 LPA
