Regional Sales Manager (BFSI)

Location - Mumbai

- As the Senior Sales Manager for Greenfield projects you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and be a part of success story of establishing the BFSI vertical. This will initially be an Individual contributor role and can build his/her team based on the growth of the practice.

- He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions while working cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Job Description -

- Responsible for achieving, booking revenue and profit targets for the vertical.

- Complete P&L responsibility.

- Should have experience in selling in the BFSI space in India with proven track record of meeting sales goals.

- Should have an existing client & partner relationship in the BFSI sector.

- Networking with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influencers in the BFSI sector.

- Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan.

- Identifying emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.

- Build strong BFSI value proposition.

- Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.

- Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI.

- To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.

Core Competencies:

- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector.

- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

- Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.

- Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs.

- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment

- Track record of managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams.
