Regional Sales Manager - General Trade - Pharma - South Region (14-27 yrs)

- At present, We are having an urgent opening for REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SOUTH for a REPUTED PHARMA MNC Co for their REPUTED OTC PRODUCT division based at BANGALORE location..

- The position is for OTC care division and the main product is among top 2 in its range in India

- The company is an Indian multinational pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai

- We are looking for the RSM South-based out in Bangalore for General Trade.

1. He should be from FMCG Background only

2. Should have Knowledge of South India periphery (Atleast handling Multiple states)

3. Reporting Structure: On Rolls of company - (ASM+ ABM + TBM)

4. Business Volume: Should be handling 50cr to 100cr business in current portfolio

Functional Competencies :

Team Management

- Develop a team and create shared commitments within the team to ensure the achievement of common objective & focused products

- Counsel & motivate the team to ensure the attainment of given objectives.

- Regularly review the performance of the individual team members, recognise their contribution, and suggest if any improvement required in the performance by guiding, counselling and initiating prompt action.

Distribution and Channel Management

- Plan dimensioning, appointment and direction to End-to-End (E2E) responsible channel partners for all product lines.

- Ensure that Numeric and Weighted distribution is implemented in the territory to achieve the planned gains.

- Counsel and guide the channel partners to achieve the business goals and their profitability.


Marketing and Promotions

- Monitor and improve the area of merchandising, POP and visibility of the brand.

- Conduct promotional activities and channel specific sales campaigns.

- Top Line Value & Volume Delivery Competitive

- TOT/Agreement Sign off

- Synchronize BTL In-Line with Mktg

- ATL Plans New Market & Assortment Expansion

- Identifying sources of growth & scaling up

- Think Strategic, deliver short term P & L Management

- Ensure Competitive Market Share

- NPD Launch & Distribution build up Category

- Building Initiative Market & Customer segmentation

- Rationalization of businesses Training module for sales team
