Position: RSM Mumbai
Geographies : Mumbai + Thane + Raigad + Nashik belt ( Nashik, Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Dhule districts)
Even if the candidate is managing any other geography in India should be fine. Need not necessary that the candidate should be handling only these regions.
Position reporting to : Zonal Head West
Business Volume to be managed : 3 crores primary and 2.75 crores secondary.
Team below : Total team size of 35-40 people. Direct reportees would be 4 people (Sr. ASM, ASM, CSE, SSE)
Education Qualifications : Full time MBA (2 year course) from a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 institute. Mandatory (2013-2014 batch)
Roles and responsibilities:
- The person would be responsible for managing a general trade sales profile for Mumbai + Thane + Raigad and the Nashik belt.
- Will be responsible for managing hardcore direct sales role for this geography.
- Would be dealing with Super-distributor, direct dealer /distributors, salesman
