Regional Sales Manager - General Trade - East - FMCG (10-14 yrs)
RSM East
1. Candidate should be from food industry.
2. Should have worked as RSM for minimum of 3 years
3. Should not be a frequent job changer.
4. Should have handled cities like:-
a. West Bengal
b. North East (entire)
c. Orissa
d. Bihar
e. Jharkhand.
5. Should have handled team of more than 20 Sales officers, 5 Area Sales Executive.
6. Should have managed turnover of 1-1.50 Cr monthly.
7. Must be having 70% knowledge of GT, 30% of Modern Trade
8. Should have handled stockiest network of more than 100
9. Should have worked in CFA and Super Stockiest model
10. Should have worked in Advance terms
11. Should be ready to travel extensively and good in field work.
12. Should be expert in General Trade handling more than 10,000 and above outlet network in East Region
