Job Responsibilities:
- Handling large sales teams in the multiple states
- Handling Channel Partners (C&F / Distributors) of zone
- Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company
- Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from seniors
- Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff
- Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors
- Ensure smooth payment from channel partners
- Ensure smooth working in the assigned territory
- Control overheads in the zone
- Conducting monthly meetings of the state heads
- Scheme formulation as per the state budget
- Maintain the growth rate as per company standards
Job Requirements :
- FMCG Industry working knowledge
- The aggressive approach to achieving targets
- Gap-filling approach to ensure maximum coverage
- Experience in rural marketing
- Geographical knowledge of the territory
- Should have handled 100-150 distributors and 2-3 Super Stockists
- Should have to lead an on-roll and off-roll team of 100+ people in the hierarchy
- Should have handled at least 2 states in the western region
- Should have been responsible for the turnover of about Rs.100-150 crores
