Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - West - IIM/ISB/XLRI/SP Jain (8-14 yrs)
We have urgent requirement for the post of RSM- West in Leading FMCG Company
Job Profile :
Qualification : Management Degree (MBA)
Experience : 8 to 12 years in Sales
Handling Responsibility :
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a region.
- Manages multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.
- Designs and recommends sales programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's sales volume.
- May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area, and at least 7 years of experience in the field.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
