Regional Sales Manager is required for a leading FMCG based

The incumbent should be full time MBA passed out in 2003 / 2004 / 2005 / 2006 from premier institute (like IIM's, FMS Delhi, MDI, JLBIM, XLRI, IIFT, SPJIMR, IMT Ghaziabad, IIT, SIBM, SCMHRD etc) with at least 12 to 17 years of post MBA Sales experience in a reputed FMCG / CPG / Telecom / White Goods / Mobile Handset Company.

- The incumbent will be responsible for the development, execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and programmes ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets and achieving company's objectives.

- Executing successful brand strategies and obtain leadership for Company

- Give Strategic direction to the Sales team to optimize the overall productivity and performance,

- Engraining the Company values in the team and aiming at making the company the best-managed company

- Forecasting market size & segment growth in the region to develop effective strategies to achieve the desired sales, market share and profitability in each of the segment
