Job Description :
- Responsible for GTM (Go To Market)
- Responsible for all Fit for future projects in terms of conceptualization, implementation and scale up
- Responsible for delivering Field Force Efficiencies like Coverage, Productivity, Unique Assortment, Etc
- Owning the Capability function for the region right from Distributor salesmen level to Manager level
- Accountable for hand holding Sales team and expert integration to ensure flawless collaboration to fuel pharma based brands
- Leading a strategic initiative (I- Store) based on predictive analytics to drive incremental growth through right selling and assortment gain.
- Owning data for the region by working closely with MIS and IT function in both region and HO.
- Handling a Project for driving visibility in Sub D markets across south.
- Looking for FMCG Sales.
