Description - While reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the regional sales manager for north will be responsible to Ensure Implementation of approved sales plans and strategies in the Region.
This person will be required to meet the sales targets by increasing the staff count and strengthening field fundamentals.

Our client is one of the leading social selling beauty companies and sells its products in over 100 countries. With a strong presence in Europe and the Middle East market, our client is looking to further expand their reach in the Asia Pacific region.
Description :
This person will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales and will be responsible for:
- Achieving the sales targets by planning and executing appointments, removals, active representatives, etc.
- Preparation of annual sales forecast
- Analyse the market to create an annual plan to achieve planned goals
- Foster development of Zone Managers through training and coaching
Profile :
A successful candidate would be one with:
- Team handling experience (at least 3-5 people)
- 6+ years of experience
- Sales experience preferably in FMCG, retail, or life-style products industry
- Strong analytic skills and ability to take fact-based decisions
- Ability to communicate effectively with the sales force who come from all strata of society
- MBA preferred.
