Brief Job Description

- Managing sales & distribution as RSM

- Span of control includes ARSM, ASM, Executives and field sales force with zero attrition

- Handle revenue of business

- Managing customers relationship with a set of traditional channel partners

- Responsible for Top-line and Bottom-line growth of the business
