Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - IIM/MDI/ISB (6-8 yrs)
We are looking for a Region Sales Manager for one of the MNC FMCG's, based at Chennai.
A Female, with a Post Grad in Mgmt from IIM's/XLRI/SPJIMR etc. with 6-8 years of work exp. in Sales & Business Development in an FMCG environment, would ideally fit into this role.
The KRA's
- To define and direct the sales strategy for the region.
- To handle the strategic development and implementation of sales strategy.
- Building strong relationships with the Internal & external stakeholders and customers
- Coach the Sales Team to identify, develop and retain relationships with customers/ distributors in order to develop the distribution systems and processes.
- To deliver Brand, Channel & Distribution Outcomes in line with plans for region.
- Directs the activities of the regional team & field sales staff to ensure compliance with business plan and company policies.
- To establish sales territories, quotas, and goals and advises staff.
