Job Description:
- Responsible for Complete Sales, Operations, Logistics & Team Management and handling a business value of 125 + crs ( approx)
- Coordinating & Managing Existing Distributors & New Distributors in pipeline
- Managing width & Depth of Distribution, Product wise / Sku wise
- Responsible for complete Market development and dealer space penetration
- Managing Distributors & Timely Receivables.
- Large Team Management, training and development
- Managing End To End process of North region.
Reporting to V.P. Sales .
Candidate Requirement:
MBA - Full Time
Experience - 12 yrs - 17 yrs
From - Food, Beverages, Chocolates & FMCG Product line
Should have worked in minimum 2 + States in North Region
