Regional Sales Manager - FMCG/Food/Beverages - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (7-11 yrs)
Looking candidates for "Regional Sales Manager-" position with one of our leading MNC client.
Education : MBA/PGDM from TOP B school
Required Skill Set :
1. Incumbent will be responsible for managing P&L activities of the assigned geography(West Bengal and Sikkim) across the channel and should have sound exposure in Channel Sales and managing distribution network.
2. Should have sound exposure of managing on roll team of ASMs
3. Plan and execute sales promotion activities to generate demand/ push and build/ sustain & improve brand image.
4. Implement and manage Sales planning and stock forecasting strategies with high levels of accuracy and consistency.
5. Liaison with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.
