Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - East Region

Our Client is a reputed firm in the Personal Care/FMCG Segment.

Role: Regional Head - East

- Responsible for expanding the distribution footprint and key channels across the East region

- Devise strategies to make sure there is a strong hold on the market share and drive sales numbers

- Ability to build up a strong distribution system and retail network, largely in General Trade.

- Create a motivated and disciplined sales team by providing leadership to ASM's and TSI's.

Candidate Profile:

- Should have worked in FMCG sales.

- Should have handled retail sales as ASM / ZSM for medium sized FMCG

- Should be MBA/PGDM from tier I / II

- Location: Kolkata
