Regional Sales Manager - FMCG - Central India (10-18 yrs)

Regional Sales Manager - Central India

- Develop GT strategy (incl. distribution strategy, customer development) and growth plans for the Region in line with business strategy

- Drive profitability of the region and deliver on revenue and share parameters

- Anchor Monthly action planning, implementation and reviews and drive communication in the Region to enable delivery of sales revenue and market share goals for the Region in line with the agreed Cycle plan.

- Analyze sales trends in the Region - by stockist, brand, SKU etc. to ensure continued growth and take corrective action where required

- Work with Shopper Marketing team to plan trade promotions and activations for the Region based on market intelligence

- Identify gaps in distribution / GTM in Region (through market intelligence and competitive benchmarking with other FMCG cos) and develop strategy to effectively reduce these gaps - working closely with the Sales Transformation team

- Forecast sales for Region (with Sales Information and Analytics team) and engage with Senior Leadership

- Drive Stockist / Channel Partner Performance improvement, delivery on agreed JBPs, and satisfaction as per expected guidelines.

- Stay abreast of trends in market , find and leverage these opportunities to grow in Region

- Gather competitive intelligence to ensure competitive pricing of all products, stay abreast of competition in ATL and BTL to react as necessary by collaborating with the Marketing team

- Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver on business goals

- Set goals, KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards the goals set in conjunction with HR and Capability Building team

- Develop & implement strategies to achieve distribution expansion as per agreed Market & Outlet coverage targets.

- Grow business and distribution for new launches & categories
