Regional Sales Manager ( Andhra Pradesh & Telangana/ Uttar Pradesh)


Hiring Regional Sales Manager for Half of South to be based out in Hyderabad and half of North to be based out in Lucknow and managing team of ASM's in regions and reporting into Head Sales.

Roles & Responsibities

- Develop Sales strategy and budgets to achieve and exceed the annual sales objectives for the region.

- Monitor and control the sales budgets to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region

- Devise Brand; SKU and channel wise sales & distribution strategy to achieve sales objectives

- Monitor the capability and quality of distributors in the region. Enhance the distribution strength

- Ensure regular performance reviews and drive a high performance culture

- Build talent and ensure high morale of the Sales team

- Drive Manpower and capability development plans for both direct and indirect field force

- Conduct regular market visits to understand and assess the market execution; competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales

- Implement fit for purpose trade promotions and ensure rigorous tracking and evaluation of trade spending

- Deploy and leverage technology to seize real time actionable insights resulting in winning at the market place
