Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (8-12 yrs)
Regional Sales Manager
1. Drive implementation of local and regional strategy/initiatives and deliver the result.
2. Manage a sales team to maximize sales revenue and achieve set goals.
3. Meet performance expectations and requirements and forecasting annual, quarterly, monthly sales goals, and create both on and off-premise promotion plans.
4. Review regional expenses and recommend improvements.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key account clients and prospects.
6. Deep understanding of value drivers in luxury goods or consumer goods industry.
7. Clear, effective communication skills and experience in a collaborative and transparent start-up environment.
8. Strong social and analytical skills.
9. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and technical documents.
10. Willing to thrive in the ambiguity of a start-up
