Regional Sales Manager - Kolkata, Chennai

Job Detail :

- Target and secure profitable new business in line with regional marketing strategy by effectively targeting prospective retailers and markets, building relationships and securing the business from Distributors

- Report and monitor sales activity and achievements to target on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis, as per decided sales targets

- Actively cross-sell to attain maximum revenue return from all Products and Services.

- Tracking Primary and Secondary sales. Appointing and handling Distributors and retailers. Setting up individual targets and market expansion.

- Provide overall support and expertise to distributors and retailers to ensure highest level of quality Service and also to resolve problems as-&-when necessary.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competition and their activities

- Market visit of existing and prospective retailers on a regular basis – establish call cycle

- Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace impacting customers. Maintain a working knowledge of company products and those of the competitors and share this information with senior manager.

- Mentor Area Sales Executive

- Strategic Planning to increase depth & width of distribution

Education Qualification : MBA

- Candidate having relevant Experience in Sales

- Working or has worked in Textile industry.

- Must have worked or working in Kolkata/Chennai with understanding of Native language

- Language. Target Oriented, Analytical, Motivating, Team Handling Skill,

- Good Communication. Skill. Planning and implementing consumer- and POS-driven activities in Sales.
