Regional Sales Manager - FMCG

Scrabble has been mandated to hire a Sales Lead for a well-funded and fast-growing company D2C startup based out of #Mumbai. The role would entail setting up and leading sales operations and customer management for the organization.

The pre requisites for this role are as follows:-

- Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years in Modern Trade in FMCG as an RSM is a must;

- Experience of working on Sales digital platforms would be an advantage

- Experience in handling channels viz. Cosmetics, Chemist and Self Service.

- An MBA degree would be preferred

- Adept at sales and distribution planning and should have handled a team in the past and current role

- The candidate should be able to use data analysis to support business planning and monitor performance.

- Good Communication Skills: Written and Verbal English

- Attention to detail

- Ability to think analytically and take data-driven decisions

- Willing to travel across the region

- Modern Trade and Nutra care experience is a must
