- Responsible for handling Distributor channels in the assigned region.
- Appoint distributors & retailers both GT & MT.
- Managing both primary & secondary stockists.
- Formulating schemes and promotions.
- Managing team.
- Provide ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service.
- Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
