Our Client is looking for an organized, articulate, problem-solving executor with previous sales/partnership management experience. You'll be the driving force behind Client's channel partnership and sales strategy.

Job Summary :

- The Regional Sales Managers position is responsible for achieving key sales objectives through the managing of multiple distributors and aggressively growing new accounts.

- The position is responsible for managing the growth and development of the Client's product mix and brand value in a defined market area.

- The Regional Sales Manager must ensure that the Client's brand integrity and business model of ethical fair dealings with existing and targeted accounts is never compromised. The incumbent will report directly to the applicable Director Sales.

Responsibilities :

- Develops quarterly and annual strategic business plan for achieving budgeted sales figures for defined region area.

- Responsible for the achievement of new business sales and renewals through maximizing of sales and marketing initiatives

- Lead role in identification, pre-sales, program planning and project management of significant tenders and major prospect planning

- Provide effective and inspiring leadership through recruitment, training, organizational development and talent retention

- Actively participate in business planning and budget management

- Partner with client services, finance and product teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing programs

- Drive start-to-finish process improvement initiatives and cross functional collaboration

- Work with the business development executives to proactively identify and pitch new business prospects

- Develop and maintain a database of new business prospects for generating leads

- Identify additional opportunities for growth areas within the business

- Develop and maintain CRM system

- Proactively report on development of opportunity pipeline

- Develops promotional strategy for regional area in conjunction with marketing and tour departments for on- and off-premise events and promotions.

- Recommends and implements sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses.

- Benchmark business data and sales trends for key accounts and provide monthly recommendations to Area Sales Director and the VP of Sales & Marketing to aid in execution of the strategic business plan.

- Builds sustainable partnerships at all distributors and key accounts by emphasizing Client's brand and product value along

- Maintain excellent working relationships with Market Representatives, Area Sales Directors and Sales Analyst. Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers for cognition of best sales practices that support the client's business model.

- Deliver sales, distribution and merchandising goals at all accounts as needed.

- In conjunction with the Product Management team, identify, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry influencers, legislators, regulators and key strategic partners

- Maintain business relationships with customers, distributors, government and trade to facilitate short- and long-term business growth

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Senior management level leadership experience in same or similar industry, across both Sales and Marketing functions with demonstrated ability to drive success working as part of a diverse senior management team

- Significant demonstrated experience in negotiating, securing and managing large and complex clients and driving revenue success through delivery on expectations

- Significant demonstrated experience in managing complex strategic partner channel and driving revenue success through that channel

- Significant demonstrated experience in managing a sales team to success, motivating a team and hitting targets

- Proven experience to be the successful business wide representative for corporate and public relations affairs

- Familiar with technology / development

- Direct leadership experience of marketing strategy, execution and resources will be valuable.
