- A global conglomerate in the FMCG sector is seeking a mature and seasoned sales professional to lead their business interests in Saudi Arabia Maturity in this case would be defined as being able to lead by example in certain cases, by delegation in some and by influence

- It would have to be a mix of these three for a candidate to be successful in delivering to business goals as each market and distributor dynamic is different.

- You would be working closely with the distributors, enhancing distributor capability, take proactive action in consolidating distributors or doing the due diligence for new partnerships,

- Initiate and drive Channel Strategy and Territory Management to achieve the business plan.Developing volume sales for the specified products.

- Maximize sales and distribution across chosen markets/channels for the products,Streamlining and strengthening the distribution network.

- Developing effective systems / mechanism to monitor market and performance of sales. Analyzing, developing and executing distinctive programs to yield measurable results across the modern trade sector.

- What you must have 10+ years of rich Sales experience in a Multinational FMCG setup with specific focus on managing internal sales teams and distributors across levels.

- Deep understanding of at least 3 gulf markets. Operational excellence combined with the ability to look at the larger picture .

- Your core competency should be around sales/ channel development / business development / RTM.
