Regional Sales Manager - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a Series D funded, in agri-tech space.
We are looking for a regional sales manager
Strategy and Planning
- Driving business development activities of the region
- Analyzing the sales trend and taking corrective actions wherever necessary-
- Managing, directing and coordinating the activities of the Area Sales Managers
- Acquire knowledge regarding competition product, strategies to counter attack competition in the best possible manner
- To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc
- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions
- To continuously gain and update category and channel expertise
Team Management
Generating sales of company products in the region through a team of salesmen in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets
To develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team
Sales team deployment as per the company's requirement and as per the budget
Revenue orientation
Setting targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan
Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region
Educational Level :- Graduation- Any specialization- Post-Graduation (Preferable) - PGDM/MBA in Marketing or Sales Management
Working Experience : - Must have 10 years of sales experience in an FMCG company
- Sound knowledge of sales and sales administration processes
- Strong understanding of modern trade and general trade
