Regional Sales Manager - Flooring Industry

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Flooring Industry

No of Openings: 4, one each for North, East, West and South Zones

Position Reporting to Country Head

Job Responsibilities :

- Business Development and Client Acquisition,

- Identifying Channel Partners and developing Distributor Network

- Building relationships with Architects, Builders, etc

- Exploring and developing new markets, geographies

- Key Account and Client Relationship Management

- Achieving the Sales Targets, drive Team Performance

- Expected to travel extensively in the designated region and create a personal rapport with the Customers/Distributors

Candidate Profile :

- BMS/BBA/MBA

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

- 8-10 years of hands on experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales and Distributor Network at Regional Level

- Good network/relationship with Architects, Builders

- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

- Experience in Sales of Plastics / Vinyl Flooring Industry

- Good Product Selling and Marketing Skills

- Willingness to travel
