Responsibilities: - Grow Client's market share by hunting from a predefined set of un-penetrated Education accounts by working with dedicated partner &amp; Partner FOS team - Understand customer needs and apply knowledge of Client's product and solution to help meet customer requirements - Review FOS daily activity and productivity - Funnel review - Good connect with Partner &amp; customer - Account management; identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non-financial goals and identify opportunities to increase - wallet share- within assigned clients and business partners - Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients and business partners- business objectives and goals - Work with various stakeholders - product, ops, finance, marketing to meet organization financial objective and smooth partner operations Position Requirements: - Ability to set up a business from scratch with working experience of 5+ yrs - Work under ambiguity, lead from the front - Understanding of the assigned accounts in the region - Strong sales exposure to direct &amp; channel partners - Superior communication &amp; influencing skills; a team player &amp; a leader - Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player. Educational Qualification: - MBA or equivalent from India's Tier 1 B Schools preferably - IIM's, XLRI, MDI and etc.
